1. Fees are calculated on the basis of 51 weeks divided by 12 monthly payments.
2. All absences, including sickness and holidays, are paid for at the full rate.
3. The Nursery will be closed for 5 working days over the Christmas and New Year period (23,27,28,29,30 December 2011).
Closing at 4.00 pm Thursday 22nd December and re-opening at 8.00 am Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
4. The Nursery will be closed on Bank Holidays, which has been taken into account when the fees have been calculated, these days are charged at full rate.
5. Fees are paid by standing order or voucher monthly in advance, by the first day of the month.
6. The nursery is registered for child care from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. Children must be collected promptly from morning and afternoon sessions, the nursery reserves the right to charge £5.00 for 10 minutes, at the discretions of the manager, for any child that is not collected at the correct time.
Should you arrive after the end of our sessions, on more than two occasions, on the third you will be required to pay a charge of £20.00 in addition to the £5.00 for every 10 minutes or part of 10 minutes.

Fees include a morning snack, cooked luncheon ( for morning and full day children) and afternoon tea.
Fees are reviewed on an annual basis.
The above fee’s apply to the period January 2011 to December 2011.
