“My daughter goes to the pre-school and Bracken place and joined from 9 months old where she was in the baby unit. The staff are incredible and the setting of the nursery / preschool is the best . The children are encouraged to be outside and have such confidence which I also credit to Bracken Place. Our son is now also in the baby unit and he loves the staff and is always happy when I drop him off. I would highly recommend Bracken Place to anybody looking for a nursery or pre-school in the Southampton area.”

“Our four year old Son has been attending Bracken Place for just under 12 months, two days a week. As parents we only wish we had put him into Bracken Place sooner rather than the other Pre-School he was attending, as his progress whilst attending this Pre-School has been amazing. As a parent it is very easy to take him there and leave him for a full day as he loves it so much and has made some lovely friends. Not only are the grounds amazing but so are the staff and the food menu is fabulous. My son eats so well at school that I need to up my game at home!! We love sending our Son to Bracken Place and as parents we couldn’t wish for a better place for him to learn and grow. Our only wish is that he could stay for longer instead of going to school in September.

“Hannah started at nursery in September last year at 9 months old and she has loved every minute. The settling in sessions eased her into nursery life and the staff are always warm and friendly. They definitely helped mum and dad adjust to the new routine too! She smiles at all the staff and children as I drop her off in the morning, making leaving her so much easier. “Bracken Place is nothing more than wonderful. My daughter attended from 9 months old through until 4 progressing from babies through to pre school. We had to leave in October because we moved house, I tried and desperately wanted the travel logistics to work but it would not. The setting is just incredible and you won’t visit another like it, the grounds are breath taking. Children are so well cared for and the key workers go over and above, they are well fed and occupied with good activities. My daughter is a bright little girl and needed to be challenged to keep her engaged of which was achieved every day. My daughter did not want to come home at the end of the day and two month after starting her new setting talks about all the staff and friends she left behind. I love that they use Tapastry to log observations and daily activities, as a working parent working long hours it is hard to get time to read through paper copies of observations however the online journal is fantastic to read at home (or a sneaky peak at work!)

“Amazing setting, the kids get to do so much stuff there & most importantly spend so much time outside (don’t send your kids in with nice pretty clothes, lol). My daughter was there from 6 months old to school age & she still talks very fondly of Bracken. My son is now at Bracken Place & the staff is still very accommodating & supportive, as he has a dairy intolerance & a bit late on his speech.”
